Licence Condition
The licensee must undertake a program of works to identify and assess the feasibility of available options to reduce the temperature of the site effluent discharged to the Hunter River via licensed Discharge/Monitoring Points 23 and 24. A report detailing the available options and identifying the preferred options for reducing the temperature of the site effluent discharged to the Hunter River must be prepared and submitted to the EPA's Regional Manager - Hunter at PO Box 488G, Newcastle NSW 2300. Date for completion: 30 September 2013.
